1. Restaurant Bookings:

Little Italy Soho accepts bookings for all parties’ sizes up to 330 guests. For specific conditions related to your party size please contact our bookings management team.

 

1.1 Private parties and Corporate Events

We offer private parties for up to 330 guests.

Audio visual, Wi-Fi, HD screens and projectors available. For further information please contact our bookings manager on 0207 734 4737 or email us on info@littleitalysoho.co.uk.

 

1.2 Bar and ‘Drinks only’ bookings:

Please note that bookings for Bar and ‘drinks only’ are not required. You will be welcomed on our Lounge or Cocktail Bar. For large groups of guests, 20 or more, please contact our bookings manager who will be helping with your needs.

 

1.3  Celebrations:

We cater for a variety of celebrations including, but not limited to, Birthdays, Hen nights, Reunions, Office parties etc., unfortunately we are unable to cater for Stag nights or ‘gents only’ parties.

 

2.  Menus (available online)

SET DINNER MENU: Applies to all parties over 6 guests on SAT.

SET LUNCH MENU: Available to any party size, daily from 12:00 noon until 18:30hs.

A LA CARTE: Available to all guests at any other day and time.

3. Deposit and confirmation of your booking

For parties of 6 guests and over we require a deposit of £20 per guest payable at the time of the booking. Special conditions apply for private parties. Deposit can only be paid with a credit, debit or personal cheque with a guarantee card. The deposit will be automatically deducted from your final bill, alternatively, upon request it can be refunded back to your card on your arrival. Subject to our cancellation policy bellow.

 

No booking is confirmed unless either

a.      We received the deposit;

b.      The Management has expressly waived the need for the deposit.

 

 

4. Cancellations and amendments of bookings are allowed: The cancellation policy is on a sliding scale as follows:

4.1 If you wish to cancel we will need 72 hours’ notice prior to the day of your booking: A refund will be issued.

4.2 If a cancellation is made within 72 hours’ of your booking: A credit note will be issued.

4.2 No- show: We reserve the right to keep your deposit to cover our admin costs. No refund or credit note will be provided.

Complaints and queries concerning your reservation and/your visit to us must be raised with the management as soon as the grounds for the complaint or query are discovered. On that basis Little Italy Soho does not offer refunds for any goods and services already provided.

 

5. Dress Code

The dress code for all areas within Little Italy Soho is smart casual. No football jerseys or soiled clothing allowed. The management reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone.

6. Gratuity and Vat

A service charge of 12.5% will be added to the final bill for parties of 8 or more. For parties of 7 guests or less the service charge is discretionary.   All prices quoted include VAT at the current rate
